Process

We'll adapt to your schedule, but we love a fast process — overall less than 2 weeks.

1. Chat with one of the cofounders — Live — 1h

   To get to know each other and present you Pimento and the role.

2. Take-home challenge — 3 hours max

   Build something real using AI tools. We evaluate output quality, speed, and how well you leveraged AI — not algorithmic puzzles.

3. On-site technical and culture fit — Office — Half day

   Work with us as if you were part of the team. Technical discussions, product thinking, and culture fit.
